    • Coaching Services
      • Location: In-person services are available in Illinois. Virtual coaching is offered remotely.
      • Consent Forms: All coaching clients must sign required intake and consent forms prior to receiving services.
      • Use of Coaching Materials: Clients may receive materials from Nyxology Studio LLC, Precision Nutrition, Girls Gone Strong, and other professional sources. These are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed commercially.
  • Attendance, Pricing, and Refund
    • By booking services, you agree to abide by our Attendance, Pricing, and Refund Policy, which outlines terms regarding:
      • Payments and billing cycles
      • Package upgrades or downgrades
      • Cancellation and rescheduling
      • Refund eligibility
      • À la carte service expectations
      • You are responsible for reviewing this policy before committing to services.
    • Payment & Billing
      • Billing Cycle: Coaching packages are billed automatically every 4 weeks unless otherwise noted.
      • Auto-Billing: By enrolling in a package, you consent to recurring billing unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
      • Processing Delays: Payment processing may be delayed due to weekends, holidays, or bank limitations.
  • Privacy, Communication, and Data
    • We respect your privacy. For complete details, see our Privacy Policy. The following terms apply to communication and data use:
      • Healthie Platform
        • All client records and coaching data are stored and communicated through Healthie, a HIPAA-compliant client management platform. Nyxology Studio LLC cannot permanently delete Healthie data due to legal documentation standards.
      • Website Forms and Email Communication
        • Messages sent through our “Contact Us” form are for general inquiries only.
        • Email communication may not be secure and should not include sensitive personal or health-related information.
        • We strongly encourage current clients to use Healthie for all client-related communication.
      • SMS Communication (10DLC Compliance)
        • If you provide your mobile number, you may receive SMS messages related to service inquiries, reminders, or customer care.
          • Message Frequency: Varies
          • Opt-Out: Reply “STOP” to unsubscribe or “HELP” for assistance
          • Rates: Message and data rates may apply
          • Privacy: Your number will not be sold, shared, or used for marketing without your consent

    • Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
